Ashley is our Real Estate Broker. She has been with the company since we opened and has extensive experience in rental management and sales.
Whether it is a short- term rental, second home property management, or listing your home, you will be pleased with the personal service that Ashley provides. Her attention to detail, warm voice on the phone, and follow up will “exceed your expectations.” Our rental program can be specially tailored to your special needs. If you only want to rent during the summer and use your property the rest of the time, that is fine with us. If you want to do some of the rentals yourself, Ashley can coordinate a program for you. We opened our rental program to assist our personal clients with whom we have a relationship. We know their needs better than anyone and they know that Ashley has their best interest at heart. About Diane Scholz
Diane Scholz first invested in property along the Forgotten Coast in 1992 while still living overseas with her now retired military husband. At retirement in 1997, she and her husband, Russ, moved to Port St. Joe where she first began her Real Estate career as a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. She has since obtained her Brokers License and earned the GRI designation. She specializes in primary residences and investment properties along the coast, as well as inland properties along rivers and lakes. Her experience and knowledge for real estate has built lasting friendships with her customers. The Forgotten Coast is the towns along Highway 98 like Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe Beach, Beacon Hill, Cape San Blas and Apalachicola. Diane knows this area like the back of her hand.
About Missy Hooker
I am Missy Hooker with Southern Beach Real Estate and Rentals, LLC. I am happily married to my husband Steve and we have 4 spectacular children and 2 grandchildren. After a 17 year career in residential building and real estate sales in Mississippi, we decided to move to Destin. I can remember coming to Destin as a young girl 3 to 4 times a year with my family. The beautiful water and beaches literally took my breath away every time, as it still does today.
I am so excited to have been in real estate sales and residential building for the last 29 years and to know that it is still my passion. I am driven by the excitement that it brings to myself and my customers on every real estate transaction. I am also a registered nurse. I enjoy helping others in making their dreams come to pass and I look forward to the opportunity in working with you in all of your real estate needs.
